UTS staff: Unconscious Bias training

17 November @ 9:30 am - 1:00 pm

Four diverse individuals standing next to each other, smiling and holding coloured speech bubbles above their heads.

Most of our thinking occurs unconsciously. Most of our decisions are made unconsciously. Often this unconscious nature of thought processes means that our thinking, decisions, and behaviours do not always align with our values. This introduction to unconscious bias will help you understand the neuroscience of unconscious thinking, the development and impact of bias on behaviour, and give you skills to recognise and manage your unconscious biases.

Half day
17 November (9.30am-1pm)

If you’re interested in taking part in this training, please register via NEO.
