Most of our thinking occurs unconsciously. Most of our decisions are made unconsciously. Often our processes that are specifically designed to achieve objective, fair decision making are the most susceptible to being influenced by our unconscious biases. This course will help you understand the neuroscience of unconscious thinking, the impact of unconscious bias on recruitment decisions, and give you skills to recognise and manage your unconscious biases in the recruitment process.
